Rolling 80 x 80 x 8 SHS bending to a high accuracy

Our client had very clear idea of what they wanted... accurate bending profile on a continual production schedule.

Initial bending is done asymmetrically and then completed by symmetrical bending.  The section was to have as little deformation as possible, yet at the same time leaving little or no scuff marks on the section after bending.

Our Roundo R7S has the capacity to bend SHS up to 150 x 150 x 8mm.
A sample section was rolled leaving our client so happy with the result that we have now supplied them for the past few years with sections satisfactorily rolled to their specifications.
